Introducing Email to Target

At Movement, we create tools that enable you to drive change. Well, now our Email to Target option, as part of our Action Pages module, has made it easier for your supporters to make their voices heard where it counts too.

With this new feature, you can create a page using one of our easy-to-use templates that allows your supporters to send personalised emails directly to key decision-makers. Whether it's their local MP, the government, a corporate board, or even their boss, Email to Target empowers people to advocate for the issues that matter to them. You just need to put your campaign in front of them. By sharing supporter contact details with the decision-makers, you ensure every message is authentic and trackable, making it even easier for you to see the impact of your campaign.

Movement enables campaigners to mobilise people where they are. But with Email to Target we also give a voice to supporters on important matters directly to those who make decisions. 

With current events around the world making supporters feel powerless, Email to Target provides people an opportunity to lend their voice to important issues, it's just down to you, the campaigner, to make it happen. 

How does it work?

Using Email to Target is incredibly simple, and the results are equally as powerful. Here’s how it works:

  1. Create a page: Start by selecting one of Movement’s easy-to-use templates to create a campaign page. You can customise it to match your campaign’s goals.

  2. Choose your target decision-makers: You can either use Movement’s live lists of MPs and other key decision-makers or upload your own static lists. Once set up, supporters simply enter their postcode, and the platform provides the contact details of the most relevant decision-maker.

  3. Personalise the message: Supporters are given the option to send a pre-written template message, or they can edit it to make it more personal. You, as the campaigner, have the flexibility to limit what can be said in the message to ensure it aligns with your campaign’s tone and purpose.

  4. Track the action: Once the message is sent, you’ll have complete visibility of the conversations taking place. The decision-makers can respond directly to your supporters, fostering a deeper level of engagement.

  5. Use automation: Thanks to Movement’s Automation Module, part of the Pages feature, you can set up automated follow-ups to encourage further actions, such as donations or petition signing. This helps keep your supporters engaged and active in your campaign long after the first message has been sent.

When and how can you access Email to Target?

Email to Target is available to all clients who use Movement’s Pages module. If you're already using Pages to create petitions, events, donation pages, or surveys, adding Email to Target is simple.

By using Email to Target, you’re giving your supporters the ability to send powerful, personalised messages straight to the inboxes of decision-makers. And just like with any other tool in Movement’s suite, everything is designed to make your job as easy and effective as possible.
